Tri-Fold Poster Boards Available

Dear Science Fair parents and coaches,

Hello everyone,

Hope your science projects are underway. It’s been great to see teams get together, brainstorm and come up with interesting ideas for their projects. We are very excited to see it all come together on May 17th, hope you are too!

On behalf of the organizing committee I would like to share a couple of updates -

• Tri-fold poster board: As mentioned in Chaitra’s email below, these will be provided to you and they are now available for pick up in the school office along the “Information” wall on the left side as you enter the office. If you don’t find them there, please ask the office staff and they will assist you. Please take one board per team. We currently have 24 in stock and more should be available on Wednesday, so if you don’t find one no worries—we will be sure to get it to you later in the week. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions.

• Optional additional help: We have a very motivated science student from Carlmont High who has experience participating in science fairs in the past and is very willing to help teams with her knowledge and expertise. If your team may benefit from some additional help, please feel free to reach out to her (please contact us for more details) Please note this is completely optional and only meant to provide additional support if needed. She has also kindly shared an example of a poster board from one of her past science fairs.
